Forced holiday while Business verification document

Hi,

I had opened the shop in my personal name recently. However, I have now registered as a business in my country and have asked etsy to change the details as well. You have requested to upload a document from my country's nusiness registration office which i had done. 

The verification process is supposed to take 2 to 5 days, but it has now been over a week. I have emailed 3 times to customer care with no response or acknowledgement. I am desperate to get my store going again. 

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Etsy or how to get this resolved asap?!?!?!?

@ArualandCo  Hi, I'm sorry you're having trouble with Verification. I see so many Sellers coming to the Forum after receiving no help from Support. Many such as yourself, are writing multiple emails, in the hopes of receiving assistance. When you don't receive a response, I can see where it would compel you to write another email. However, others have said you want to just keep on responding to the first one, "I still need help". When you send multiple emails, it starts another ticket, throwing you back further in line. 

I hope this will help in some way, and that you will receive assistance soon.

It has been taking longer.  Do not send in many emails.  If you have a reply back from one, use that email to correspond with Etsy.

Your shop is open and purchases can be made.
