Dear Etsy Special Department, yesterday I received a response to my request and I want to tell you that with such answers you promise to help me every time, but you don’t help((
I want to explain my situation to you once again: On 02/28/2025, my store was sent on forced leave.
On 03/02/2025, etsy sent a request for identity verification, which I provided within 10 minutes (namely, a photo of my valid passport).
If my document somehow does not satisfy you, please write what exactly I should provide so that you can remove my store from forced leave!!!!
As of today, the store is still on forced leave, I can't earn money, and in my country there is a war that hasn't stopped for more than 3 years((
Please, I beg you, solve my problem faster, it is simply not humane to act like this!!!
@VLASKET: "Dear Etsy Special Department ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved. Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy may assume that it is resolved.
Also, the way you formatted your post makes it very difficult to read.
I just want my store to be taken out of forced leave.
If you are not satisfied with my documents - just write to me, and do not ignore my problem.
What do I need to do to finally solve my problem, please answer
@VLASKET: You are NOT speaking to Etsy here - this is a seller peer to peer forum. At best, an Etsy moderator may see your thread and forward it on to a specialist team.
Just imagine that you were deprived of the opportunity to earn money without explanation and your questions were not answered, how would you feel?
@VLASKET "how would you feel?" I would feel like the thousands of other people that Etsy has done this to. I just saw another thread where someone has been waiting almost as long as you.
If a moderator does not step in here, try tagging Etsy on social media. LinkedIn works well.
I hope Etsy gets back to you soon - good luck!
You need to check your mail from around the time your shop was put on vacation mode - including your spam folder.
Of course I checked my mail, including spam. There is nothing anywhere((
You will have to contact Etsy Support
