Shop Still "Room to Improve" Even Though I"m Meeting All Standards

As of May 1st, my shop’s customer service stats have fully recovered and are now meeting all of Etsy's standards. My dashboard reflects this yet my shop status still shows as "Room to Improve."

Here are my current stats:

• 98% response rate
• 92% on-time shipping
• 4.9-star review average
• 0 cases

Last month, my shop fell into "Room to Improve" because Etsy wasn’t accurately calculating my shipping rate (along with me not shipping some on time). Some of my orders weren’t being included in the calculation. Etsy confirmed this was a known issue and said they'd fix it but, surprise, they didn’t. I figured I'd wait it out until May, when the 3-month evaluation window would reset and reflect my actual performance.

Well, it's May now, my metrics are back to normal, but the status still hasn't updated.

Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do next?

Etsy does not fix anything having to do with star seller.

For the shipping badge for star seller it has to be 95%.  The ones not included may include any package not marked as accepted by USPS within your processing time frame.  Mailed outside processing time.  

THe 80% is the general standard Etsy will accept.

Did you meet the requirement for 5 items and $300.  If not then you will not get any of the badges.  If you met the minimum you would get any badge qualified for.  The top tier, purple star seller, is if you meet all three (or two for digital). 

Check the CSVs for information.

I'm not looking for Star Seller. I'm just looking for it to say that I'm meeting normal standards, which I am! My status still says "needs to improve" instead of "meeting standards" and thus, my shop is impacted. 

and yes, i met the requirments for 5 items and $300.
