I suddenly can't reply to a customer message.
Same here. On another device I logged out of my account to login and try and refresh and now I can't log back in.
Something funky going on at the backend.
What exactly is happening? Do you see the message at all?
I just came here to see if anyone else was having problems.
I've been trying to email a friend for 20 mins. NOTHING happens when you click the "SEND" button.
I can see her message and I can type a reply but it won't send.
Nothing happens when I click send.
I even tried 2 message threads and still won't work.
ETA: once I got a red error box, uh oh something went wrong or something along those lines.
Uh oh. I am waiting on replies from two customers. I wonder if this is happening to them as well.

A relief! I just heard back from one of the customers.
Mine is finally working again.
I just had this problem happen! Greyed out "send," refreshing doing nothing, trying another browser–nothing.
However, in the time I spent talking to the customer service through chat, whatever was going on resolved itself and I was able to send the message. I hope everyone else struggling with the bug will be able to reply to customers soon!
Well I spoke too soon. I sent the customer a custom listing and she said she doesn't have it.
Another seller is having this issue where they send a reply, the buyer is getting the reply, but the seller does not see the information they sent the buyer.
Sounds like a glitch is happening.

I'm having the same problem on Chrome, but was finally able to send a reply message by switching to Edge.
I was trying to reply to a request for a large custom order. Hopefully the message actually got through to the customer.
Bumping this, in case there have been any updates.
I don't want to question my customer if the messages are back to working as normal.
