Hi everyone, I woke up today and noticed I wasn't getting any favorites and sales. I got curious and checked my account and it said that etsy has put my shop on vacation mode. The banner in my shop manager says:
"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info
This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."
This is confusing to me because my bank account, tax information and ID is all verified so I'm not sure what the problem could be. I sent a support ticket as well and got what I presume to be an automatic replying saying:
"Will escalate to Seller Verification & Financial Crime::Watchlist Ongoing Monitoring. Account is:
On Vacation (Admin Activated - Locked)
Auto Action by System Admin Bot Jul 23, 2023 15:01 EDT
Sanctions Watchlist Hit - Under Review"
I'm not sure what to do and am super anxious about this. I also completed all my orders however it's due to ship on Monday since today is Sunday. If anyone can give me any advice or ideas I would appreciate it.
