Forced Vacation Mode without any explanation. NEW SHOP

Hi all! I opened my shop and as soon as I added my first listing, it was put in a vacation mode. There were no emails with explanation from Etsy. 

This is my second shop with completely different category of items from the first one, I didn't violate any policies and feel like my second shop was put in a vacation mode automatically.

I tried to contact support multiple times, but never received a response. I feel desperate as there is no help and I don't know what else I can do.

Hi,

Customer support is nearly impossible to reach when sellers need help. Automated responses don’t solve real issues, and we’re left frustrated with no clear answers.

Etsy, it’s time to start valuing the sellers who make your platform thrive! Who else is tired of these rising poor support issues?
