Had a message from a customer about an order they have not received.
Go to check it out and was shocked to see it says 9 days overdue, and no evidence that I posted it (I use etsy postage labels) but the order was placed 13th February!
I then go back to my open orders and as if by magic there it is at the top of my open order list stating 9 days overdue, but it wasn't there before the buyers message or any day prior to today
How can I dispatch an order I didn't know I had?
Just to confirm I have my orders page set to all for everything and always dispatch on time, I have had star seller status every month since it started. I'm beyond gutted that this is going affect my metrics and etsy are saying they cant do anything about it, basically I have to work hard to bring metrics back - im so angry!
Etsy don't know why it didn't show up or if there are any others that will do the same now or in the future - complete waste of time
Etsy support told me to post this here as a technical issue, which is about the only help they gave me.
