My shop was recently forced into vacation mode after
I didn't receive any direct communication or email from Etsy.
I don't know what is the reason.
“We put your shop on pause. To help you manage your current orders and keep your shop in good standing, we've temporarily paused your shop. During this time, buyers will see your shop in vacation mode.”
I have no cases (or history of cases), messages, disputes, overdue balances. No any explanation, or timely resolution after contact etsy chat and talking with 3 operators.

I whant to know what is the problem. Where is my mistake? Many custom dolls makers use words of dolls Blythe, Pullip, Paola Reina etc. They are working. I want to here the reason why my shop in vacation mode
