Forced vacation mode for over a month. No response from Etsy. Please help.

I am very frustrated. Our shop has been on forced vacation mode for over a month and Etsy is not responding. What can I do to get an actual human being to look at this and fix it?

You need to check your email. Etsy most likely ask you to upload your ID.
