My shop has been in a forced vacation mode for a week now. Support is no longer responding in the open ticket but all documents needed have been verified. I have no idea what to do now. I really feel completely ignored and disrespected. I've been a seller since 2008 and am so frustrated with the lack of support from Etsy.
How can I get this solved?? I have customers waiting for my shop to reopen. I often work with Interior Designers for their projects. This is really making me look unprofessional.

It is taking longer than they say. If you have an email, respond back that you still need help.
It does not matter that you have been here since 2008. Etsy is required by the Inform Act to verify all information from any seller in the US that meets the requirements.
