Forced Vacation Mode Issue

I have submitted my documents multiple times, but my shop remains forced into Vacation Mode. No one has responded to me about how to resolve this issue. It has been three weeks since January 27th, and it’s almost a month now. I have reached out for help everywhere multiple times—can anyone please help me!

I registered my Etsy shop on February 13, 2025, but it was quickly placed in Vacation Mode without explanation. I submitted all necessary requests to Support Team (IDs: #19052106, #19051604) but only received automated responses. It’s been days with no clear guidance on how to resolve this.

Please add your location so we can easily help.  We can't see your items to determine location and for us fellow sellers it is important information.

If you are new then ID, bank account and tax information is usually required.

All information must match.  Names must match legal name on all documents.  Address must be current address.

Since this is between you and Etsy all we can do is provide general help.
