Forced Vacation Mode - Document Verification

My shop has been stuck in vacation mode while etsy is "verifying some business documents." This happened because I apparently entered some information incorrectly. Since that time I corrected the issue and Etsy states that I am now "verified", but I am still stuck in vacation mode.

I have submitted a ticket and still no response. It has been 4 days now and I can't get anyone to respond. I don't know what else to do! Please help if you can!
