Shop Is On Holiday Mode Last 15 Days

I'm writing to inform you that my shop has been in holiday mode for the past 12 days.  I've received a request for documentation from the platform. I have uploaded the requested documents as instructed. I will keep you updated on any further developments.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.  I look forward to resuming normal operations soon.
