Those messages are SCAMS and you should not respond to them in any way. Mark them as "spam" and not responding to them won't hurt your star seller metrics for message response.

Re: For selling problems and sales

@Navsimar I'm glad you came here to ask!  These are scammers that are contacting you, pretending to be Etsy.  No not answer, or give them any info, or click any QR codes.  (See link, above)

As for your items, I'm not sure why your friend couldn't see an option to buy - maybe they were at your house, and Etsy detected the same IP address as yours.  I was just now able to add one of your items to cart, and everything looks like it should.

Re: For selling problems and sales

First off all, real messages from etsy itself will be in the "from etsy" folder of your inbox. You have to check on a computer or through a browser, not on the app.

When and if etsy needs any financial or identification information there will be a notice on your dashboard. They don't communicate through messages or email or QR codes.

If your friend couldn't buy, were they at your house using your IP address? That is to prevent people from purchasing from themselves.

Your payment options look like they are set up properly, so do not worry.

But do not respond to any messages asking for verification or financial info unless they are ON YOUR DASHBOARD. They are scammers trying to steal your money

The messages about verification are SCAMS --do not respond to them. Do NOT give out any financial information

Any legitimate messages from etsy will be in the "From Etsy" folder of your messages (check on a browser, not vis an app).

Your shop is open and ready for sales -- I was able to add an item to my cart and would have been able to pay for it so you have nothing to worry about there.

BUT you do need to read up on SEO and how to title and tag your items to be found in search. Many of your listings are just titled "Elegant Dress" -- you need much more info in the title -- colours, style, sizes etc
You are also not using any tags beyond the auto-generated Categories. tags are vital to be found in search -- so again colours, style, sizes. who it is for, what occasion etc etc

Re: For selling problems and sales

This is on every message

To stay protected, stay on Etsy. Never follow links to other sites, and don’t share contact, account, or financial info with anyone in Messages. Learn how to spot spam.

so don't click on a QR code link to another site, and don't give them financial info

and if you go to...... Learn how to spot spam.

the first line says....
Authentic messages from Etsy always appear in a From Etsy inbox on Etsy.com

So if the message isn't in the "from Etsy" folder, as well as the Inbox, it's not From Etsy

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.
