At times there is a lag between Etsy indicating there is an order & the info. getting to your shop.
On the opposite side of the coin, the sale may have been initially approved, but it was fraud. Someone testing out credit card #'s, the real holder of the account reports, a charge back issued & Etsy cancelled the sale. But again, sometimes it can take a while for all this to register in your shop.
But if it's still there with no info. you'll need to contact Etsy & open a help ticket to get this settled.
