Fill out all of the required fields correctly in order to preview or save.

Hi everyone,

It is happening something that is not very clear to me. Everytime I am publishing my product I can read the message: Fill out all of the required fields correctly in order to preview or save.
But then it lets me save and publishing anyway. What it means?

I've also double checked and I believe I've filled out all the fields required.

I am having the exact same problem.  Was on chat with Etsy "Customer Service" for a long time, but no answers were given.

When mine does that, it seems to be related to the returns policy, there is a box that you have to check in order to move on.

they have added a new one that you have to fill in the return policy but it says what is missing.

I've been getting that same message when I renew an expired listing. It does at least have a highlighted (red) text link to show me what needs to be completed - and it has always been my return policy. (Which I've never changed, but whatever..)

When you get that message, it will usually tell you specifically which fields still need info ... it's most likely the return policies (at the very bottom of page).  Unless you are copying a listing, you now have to add your shop return policies to every new listing.
