Hi, i download the shipments report of september and i see i had only 89% of tracked shipments on time. That sounds me weird because i always provide them. I check orders that was "without" tracking and i see that the tracking code is there but for some reason doesn't take the tracking correctly.
This thing didn't allow me to enter in the star seller program and make me angry because i didn't make any mistake and this is all due to technical issues.

I’ve added all the relevant details to their ongoing investigation so they have more information to work with. So this isn't actually a solution.
I have this same problem, so I am now going to lose my star seller come December because of the FedEx issue which hardly seems fair?
I have this same issue with FedEx tracking. Do I need to also log this issue or will my Star seller be updated automatically once the issue is fixed? Is there an update on the timeliness for this as at the moment I will be losing my star seller badge for December, and literally only because of this technical issue for 5 orders - same customer for all 5 so their parcel was combined and sent via Fedex. - This is the 1st time I have used FedEx in a long time. This seems very unfair and I hope it will get sorted very soon
