Featured listings not working.

For the past six months--maybe longer--my featured listings haven't been shown at all.  I unchecked the stars and rechecked them but nothing.  I went to chat today and followed the advice of clearing my cache/cookies, restarting my computer and using a different browser.  I usually use Chrome and I checked with Microsoft edge.  I went on a Mac with Safari and Firefox and an iPad with Safari and an Android.  There are no featured listings.  

Does anyone have any answers?  I really dread going back to Chat.  Thank you.

@TREEandCOW    Mine have NEVER shown up!! I followed the advice of the forum, still didn't show. I have decided to just forget about it!

Yeah, I'm thinking that may be the case with mine, too.  I'll give it another go with chat tomorrow.  I'll let you know if they find a solution for us.  I'd be ok with it if they'd just stay where I put them but my pictures seem to show in different order depending on the device of user.

OP, I can use the Etsy Seller app to change featured listings. If you have the app, try this method.

Open listings and click a listing you want to feature. Stay in overview. Scroll down and slide the button to feature a listing to the on position. Repeat for as many as you want. 

To remove a featured listing, you follow the above procedure but slide the button to the off position. I hope this method works for you on your phone.

featured listings is a ssssslllloooooowwww process & patience is required. I have found that after you make your featured selections (you may need to wait some time for them to show up in the Manage Featured Listings section) and then move them into your position, just save it & let it go. It will stick eventually.

Etsy keeps telling me they are working on this issue, this has been going on far too long!

I'm having the same issues, changed my featured listings last week. Two changed, no problem but the other two still haven't changed.

Just had another go so will wait and see......also finding Etsy is pretty slow loading pages on listings etc......

Yeah featured listings are all screwy for me too. I add new listings by clicking the stars but they don't take. Even when they do it takes a long time for them to update. It worked fine for years and years and now it's horrible.
