Feature Bar only showing 3 wide

My feature bar is only showing 3 wide and it is the same down the page.

I see the normal four across all lines.

@FromTheCar I'm seeing 4 across.  Sounds like your page is zoomed in - so it's just you that is seeing it that way.  Test it by holding the [Ctrl] key, and pressing the - (minus) key to zoom back out.  [Ctrl] + or - will do that.  Maybe you zoomed in at some point while viewing something on another page.

Negative and I’ve tried two different browsers and my cell phone interesting undocumented feature. Merry Christmas.

I see where due to screen size 2,3,or 4 possible I was editing in on my iPad and when it finished it came back as 3 no biggie I can actually see the pictures better!
