Hello, I want to Sign in in the Etsy help center page but when I click on Sign in, it brings me back to the home page. Could someone contact Etsy about it? I have to sent an email but i'm not able to do it. Thank you very much!

If you're already signed in when you go to Help Center, just ignore the Sign In link, and ask your question or go to the page you need. You do not need to sign in again.
Do you have Community & Help in your Shop Manager dashboard. Are you using a cell or computer?

I have the issue when i'm on the Etsy help page and I click on Sign in it is just bring me back to the Etsy help page again. I don't understand.
First sign into Etsy. There is no separate sign in for help.

@NanaLetha I do see what @DigitalFG means. I always use the same desktop computer (Chrome, Windows 10). When I select Help Center (whether for buying or for selling), there is a Sign In Tab at the top Right of the page. (it's always been there). I've never used it; just typed in questions. But I haven't contacted Etsy either.
@ChillwolfArtThis is the first time I have it, I ask Etsy to change my e-mail and now this "bug" appear that i'm not able to sign in in the Etsy Help center. I just don't know how to contact Etsy about it since i'm not able to sent to them an email, and I guess the only way to contact them is through the Etsy Help center..
@DigitalFG My email has been the same, yet I've always seen the Sign In at the top of the Help Page.
You could try to contact Etsy this way. Go into your Shop Manager. In the Left Column: Community & Help > Contact.
Select the choices they give you to best describe your problem. When they email you back, if you receive a Reply which does not address your issue, don't start a new Ticket. Reply directly to that email, "I still need help." (If you start a new Ticket, it will only move you back farther in line.

I try to sign out and sign in again but I have the same problem, I try as well in a different browser. I don't understand.
@DigitalFG When you select "Contact Us" from your Shop Manager (Left Column), what are you selecting from the choices on the drop down menu?

@DigitalFG After "Contact Us", don't they make you select a Reason from the drop down menu?
(I haven't contacted Etsy, but I went through the motions some time ago just to see what it said).

I went to Contact Us (in Shop Manager). It took me to the Help Pages, but made me select an option. I selected "Managing my Shop and Listings". Clicked again, then selected "Managing my listings". At the bottom of the page there was "Still need help?" And a Tab to contact Etsy (I didn't click it because I was just going through the motions).

I tried to follow these directions that @ChristmasIsLove gave to @DigitalFG but my question ("How do I delete my own review from someone's listing") isn't there as far as I can see. I still want to email Etsy this question. From Googling, I can see that I'm supposed to be presented with options such as "email," "chat," or "phone" but instead am trapped in an endless loop that doesn't lead anywhere that @DigitalFG experienced. I wish Etsy had moderators of these community forum channels instead of just outsourcing all of their customer service troubleshooting off on us users. It's frustrating!
