My favourites are not showing on my dashboard. They are however still showing under the stats.
I have contacted Etsy help twice now and nothing has been sorted. The last Etsy support sent me a screenshot of my favourites "now showing on my dashboard", but when I zoomed in on the screenshot after the chat, the picture was of my stats page.
I have cleared cookies and cache, which I was told to do and this has done nothing either. I think this has been going on for at least 10 days now.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problem for the last 6 days.
@RetroModernWood mine is blank too - it's been like that for months. Have you clicked on the button which says 'show more'?
@RetroModernWood Are you talking about recent activity. That's where favoriting shows up. It doesn't show much so you have to load more.
What device are you using. I use the browser and not the app.
It is also possible that favoring which has been decreasing for some time among all sellers is just not happening.
I have the same problem!
Same problem for me too
I am still seeing favourites when I go to my dashboard, then click on Recent activity.
But, if an account holder has set their favourites to private in their Profile > Account settings > Public Profile, they will not show up in the seller's Recent activity.
So it's unlikely the Recent activity will ever match the count in the stats.
