Favorites page gone

anyone else find their "Favorites" page gone?   When I click on the heart emblem to bring it up, all I get is "collections we think you'll love" and "similar to this collection item."     NO sign of the favorite items I've listed.   Is this another silly experiment?  I apologize in advance for not really knowing which "label" to give this matter, none seemed to properly apply.

Yeah it's a big bummer.  Absolutely hate this new look.  Now I can't find what I need and usually I'm pretty good at sleuthing things out.

Also it was one way I got to my shop.  Now that is missing.  It's not the only way but it was quick for me.

Yes, I just posted a conversation not knowing you had already started one.   I see NO sign of the "Favorites" page at all.  So what happens if there was an item you favorited that you wanted to purchase as a present?   This is crazy.   Who in the world is playing around with these things?   They are not helping sellers at all.

I just don't get it, we are in full mode of holiday business and Etsy seems determined that none of us will will benefit from either sales or purchases. I've never seen a marketplace so focused on putting itself out of business.

I am a very long time Etsy seller and buyer, since 2008 on a daily basis. Now I can no long access my Etsy favorites, an key buying element for my business, I do not understand what is happening here, just changes containing the worst business decisions popping up every day without any notice or reason for doing so except whimsey on the part of a staff member. Now I can no longer  be an Etsy customer without a lot of effort, search is worse than ever now that I only get to see what Etsy considers an item worth buying and the same items are offered every day. I use a desktop or a laptop computer for my business, I do not use a phone or ipad device and I will not do so in the future for a number of reasons mostly concerning security and poorly constructed applications. I want to access my shop through my browser and if I cannot do that any longer I guess I will have to stop trying to buy on Etsy, it's a shame as I love to buy here, love the sellers and the goods offered. 

I'm not looking for a solution as Etsy has made it plain that they don't wish to communicate with their sellers, I'm just sad to lose one of my best sources for creative materials.

Holy cow, I just went to my favorites page & everything is GONE!!! This had better be a glitch! There would be no legit reason to remove favorites.

Had to go check and they were gone, left the page and came back and they are back...Seems to be random???

Maybe it is time to go looking for another place to sell after all of these years, I love Etsy, I don't mind the fees as all sites have them and real time shops are impossibly expensive and time consuming now but Etsy seems to be focused on destroying their market as fast as they can.

I clicked onto the Heart, and my Favorites are there (desktop computer, Chrome).  Then there are Collections Similar and Collections we think you'll love.

According to a reply above it looks like they're trying to resolve the issue.   I do check out my favorites several times a week and usually end up buying something from that list, so they need to fix it asap for the benefit of all sellers.  Views and sales are way down for me but people do "favorite" some of my items.

Love your Kelleystreetstudio shop since 2008 when I started my 2nd shop! Such a fabulous inspiration during my early Etsy years. Thank you for articulating so well what many of us feel. I'm know many buyers that have gone away & feel the same we won't hear them voice it here. But I sure heard unsolicited comments re: Etsy at the high quality, in person shows done this past season: "garbage bin", "was Etsy bought out?", "so much crap", etc, etc. The general public is fed up, too, I'd surmise.
