Can't buy postage labels because the "Combined city, state, and/or post code is too long to fit on your postage label. Please try shortening the city or state" Can't shorten the city name or it wouldn't get there.
Can't see what a UK shipping label looks like, but the label we get here in the States has all of those on separate lines. Not sure what the "combined" means.
@TrinketDrawersUK can be frustrating indeed. And yet the same address format directly on Royal Mail website and it is absolutely fine. I have found that moving one of the elements into the "flat or house number" field ( think its the 2nd field) can work and mean everything can fit in. Luckily it is only about 1 in 10 I am having the issue but that can help. Also have in the past had to change for example "Newcastle Upon Tyne" to "Newcastle U Tyne" and similar edits. House number, street and postcode are of course the priorities. The rest are good to be tweaked or abbreviated a tad.
Bit of a problem, this! I'm having the same issue with a Spanish address. I tried putting the city name further up on the grid but it insisted on having a city. I can't change the province as it is pre-set and the postcode is only 5 numbers long. It is not possible to buy postage via Etsy for my package.
use royal mail click and drop - it's the same price
