False Intelectual Poperty Inf. notice red banner. Any experience with that?

Hi all, today I got red banner for Intelectual Property inf. Red banner says one or more listings were deactivated and email send. But none of my listings are deactivated and I did not receive any email. Is this technical issue. I can assure I did not infridge that company. Dont knkw am I allow to say. But it is big fashion jewelry company. I handcraft all my items. Buying chains in bulk, pearls on strands, taking all my photos myself. I am model on photos. All photos are mine, I am on tham. Is this some technical issue or what?

Click refresh and it will go away. Seems to be a glitch which has been happening to several sellers for over a year

Yes, just come in to write update. When I gone to my shop page and returned to listings, banner is gone.

So, is this issue been addressed somewhere? How to deal with it...seaching forum but can not find anything.

Did you have an intellectual property infringement notice in the past?

Sometimes the banner returns to haunt you years after the original notice.

Yes, like 3 or 4 years ago. I belive in mistake. That brand  was in red banner. Why I say in mistake - when investigating why this company flag my listing I noticed that brand in my search terms. Due to etsy semantic search my listing was showing up. But I never used that brand name. Also I could not counterclaim as it was trademark. That was before reporting portal. Brand searched for their name, my listing showed up but I never in fact used it. Etsy just filled up search page with results and my listing did not contain that brand name in title, keywords or description. And it was around this time 3 or 4 years ago. Would that hunt me for years now. If thay did not fix it by now, thay never will. It will hunt me every year.
