I have a customer that insist she cannot find the download link for a print file she purchased.
When I check the listing the downloadable file is there - all variations of it.
I have explained to the customer twice in a step by step manner how to find the links - e.g. on the receipt that was emailed to her, by login to her account etc.
She still cannot find the link.
Could this be a technical error on ETSY's side?

Is your customer using the app? You can't doownload via the app, though you can use your phone's browser to do so.
Easiest thing might be, as has been suggested, to email the file.
How long ago did she purchase? I think sometimes there’s a slight delay before the files are ready for download. Can you email the files to her?

Tell her she must use a browser to download
Just adding my two cents: I wish Etsy would fix this somehow. I end up emailing so many PDF's every month, because people are unable to get out of the cycle of linking back to the app, and customers get so frustrated and blame it on the seller.
