Fake messages and calls from Etsy

Hi, 

I received this message below and call from one of  Etsy stuff making rdv with me for 30 minutes on phone and asking me to keep my account opened all this time.

I find it weird and suspect fraud.

Could you please confirm me that calls like this and request like this are legit .

As long as the email comes from @ etsy (.) com, it is a real email, indeed.

If you have recently been approached by our Shop Optimization Program, this is a standard reminder that your scheduled call is coming up shortly. Our specialists only ask you to keep your shop open just so they can walk you through the advice for your shop, and will never request any sort of personal information.
