Export messages and replies

Hi Etsy Community,

I am wondering if it is possible to export or download  messages and replies from my shop? i have not found such an option in the shop manager.

Hi, if you go to settings on your dashboard then choose options there on the top tabs you will see downloads. Click that and scroll all the way down. It’s the file next to the last one.

@SunnytyDE  That's "message to buyers" as entered on the settings - info and appearance - message to buyers box.

It's not your messages.

@CappuccinoLace  Really? I never tried downloading it, I just assumed that as it said messages that that’s what it is. 

I should try to remember what they say about assumptions….lol

There's no way to download your messages received or sent.
