Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I'm doing some custom items on my Etsy shop for the first time, and I inadvertently set up the listing on Printify first, which sent the listing info to Etsy, as usual.
Is there a way for me to save those listings in my Etsy shop if I delete them on Printify? I should have started the listing in Etsy, and waited to add it to Printify until the order comes in, otherwise the order would be pushed out in Printify without the personalization added.
I'm probably going to need to start over, because when I deleted a listing in Printify, it also deleted it in my Etsy shop. Before I do that, though, I am hoping someone might know a way to do it without losing the listings on Etsy.
A separate issue happened when I downloaded a mockup from Placeit. I received an exclamation mark on the mockup when I added it to the shop. Does anyone know why that happened? It said it wouldn't fit, but it did. I also saw a notice across the top of the page about using items from the internet that are not allowed. I have no idea what that is about, unless Etsy is running that notice for everyone to see.
