Explore video upload issues

Hello, I've been trying to upload my video for explore for an hour and it keeps telling me "oops, there was a problem, try again." Is there an issue with Explore uploading?

@TinyToesDesign   I really don't know, sorry.  But hope someone else jumps in.  
After Signing In today, the Forum has been acting a little slow, which happens every now and then.

Just attempted to post on both my iPhone and iPad and still getting an Oops on both.

ok, I tried deleting the app turning my iPad off and on, re downloading the app and redoing the post - no luck

I thought it was just me!

I restarted everything, cleared, done all I can think of. But I can't upload to Shopify either so can't list at all today.

I've been unable to upload pictures.  I was able to successfully upload a video.  Wish they'd get this fixed!!

I know - they wanted the #valentinesday challenge to be a hit but no one can upload videos...so that must have been a busth

I'm having the same problem. I assumed the resolution of my video was wrong and changed it, but it still won't upload. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and still no joy. Will check in from time to time and see if the bug is fixed.

Has anyone been able to upload an explore video? I'm still not having any luck. I tried remaking the video using etsy's edit tools instead of my own - nope.

That's frustrating. I'm surprised it's been like that for a week - hopefully it gets sorted out soon.

Does Etsy know about this? I tried contacting support but there was no option for Explore support that I could find.

I assumed that they check the Technical Issues section from time to time. But I would have expected a response before now. I'll try sending Etsy a message later.

Can't find any troubleshooting articles for Etsy Explore yet. I left a comment at the bottom of the video help page saying that the videos won't upload. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

I also have the same issue! I've contacted Etsy support and they told me they would work on it send a follow up email, however its been a week and no response yet...
