I now believe once again my store is subject to a test or the store is purposefully being targeted.
when you talk to the customer support you get a run around and a canned response.
I was also told to use another device. Running people around is just ridiculous.
I was basically told it was probably not available to me and sent the requirement, the funny part. I had it and if they looked at my store they could tell, there is still a video that was posted. And now I can’t update the video or remove it.
I just read an article another thread cited which makes me think there is something else going on here.
Since it is in one shop and not another that would mean that store is in a test and the other is not.
They are attempting to data mine. But it seems as if some of the stores have some sort of inside track. And since Etsy is horrible at realizing when something is not right there will be a long time before they pivot.
Also, they do short term fixes like raising fees and manipulating ads to increase revenue while buyers can’t find what they are looking for. And sellers leave.
