Etsy Seller App - Explore function has disappeared.

I am waiting for tech support.  It was just escalated as top priority.

I have it-- so try deleting the app and reinstalling it.. .Sometimes there are glitches.

I did three times.  Cleared the cache. I hid the app and then tried to reinstall it.  

I think something else is going, my views are crazy and my ads were not converting for the first time ever.  I used the ads since they were first available and my conversion rate were always good.  

They told me others have reported problems.

Did it return for you?  Months later, it still has not reappeared.  I cleared cache.  I deleted the app and installed the new app.  I'm on IOS.  I think they left out the function or moved it.  Why don't they quit messing with things that were working, like the old app?

@AyOOliveOil, no but I think it might have been my fault it was removed.  

A little backstory.  My account was attempted to be hack at least 2 times with 2 customers trying to send me links.  The first one I went to the page but did not open the link.  My wifi was attempted to get hacked so I go a little paranoid a little after that.  So I started doing some safety protocols.  

And I noticed a lot of Etsy accounts were saying they were getting hacked so I started looking over my Etsy store.  I discovered my card on file with Etsy had changed to RUPAY.  The same last 4 digits just saying RUPAY, which is India based and is only supposed to be for stores in India and buying items in India.  I am not either nor have not bought anything from India.

I got more paranoid, so I deleted the prototypes that were old on my Etsy account.  I got on of the early invites to Explore so I thought the new app had it all integrated since I had to accept the invite. 

It only does work with this store, my app works with other stores.  So explore is store based.  And I noticed there looks like there is another prototype that you are automatically enrolled in.  If you fit the qualifications.

I told Etsy I need another invite, no answer after 2 months of back and forth.  The techs keep giving me the line, I must be a US shop, English speaking, and in good standing.  They would not tell me what good standing meant.  But since I have been a star seller since the begging, I thought that was good. Nope.

I then told them about the Prototype and me deleting the original one and could I get another one.  

The message was closed and I gave up and started working on my website.  And I will post the reels and videos and refer the traffic to it.

I could not even get them to remove the video I put up.

If you are looking for it make sure you go to the marketing section of the seller app and look in it. It was at the top at first then it moved to the bottom.

Things sometimes are too difficult to keep going down a rabbit hole of people reading a script and don't have an understanding of what the other team is doing.

Etsy sent me an email today saying the “ Explore Feature is no longer available, but thanks for your feed back” so I guess they are deleting it??  Ugh !!!
