Etsy tabs are blacked out on my app.

Can someone please help me navigate this technical issue? When I open my Etsy app on IPhone the tabs are solid black……

I have tried the following:

-restarted iphone

-cleared cache

-deleted and reinstalled etsy app

-tried chrome/safari

Hi, I've never used the App, but have heard it is very glitchy (Seller App, I don't know about the Buyer App). Could you try using a browser instead. I think you've done everything possible to work around the problem of the App. I hope this helps in some way.

This started happening yesterday when the whole missing shipping info fiasco began ... when the shipping prices vanished from listings (seller info, contact, etc.), the "location" for those fields became blacked out (some are blue).  While the shipping has been fixed on browsers, it has not been fixed on the app.  I opened a forum post about this yesterday and an Etsy mod closed it, so I have no way of replying that things are NOT fully fixed yet.
