Missed Tracking Information When it's not

Esty Star Seller says that an order doesn't have the tracking information when its actually updated since 3 days ago (and a lot before the original date it was supposed to be), and I don't know how to fix it so doesn't ruin my Star Seller points

@VichosKnots: "... an order doesn't have the tracking information ..." Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.

Has the package been scanned? Does the order show at least "in  transit"? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

I have seen this happens as well, when I do not buy labels on Pirate ship (n I never buy Etsy  Labels)  then I have to manually input  the tracking and Etsy makes it an arduous task.  So the last thing you need to input after all the interrogation Etsy has done as to why you have not bought the label from them is the tracking. And many times as I start to type it in I see underneath an little message comes up this order has no tracking, the first time I saw it , i disregarded it an let it be, but it did ding me in SS. now when I see it , I erase it and start again. Its obviously another Etsy glitch.

you have to put the tracking number in, before the ship by date,

Etsy allows you to change it up to 3 days, but if it's after the ship-by date, it will be considered late

Etsy also defaults to a shipper sometimes, which is not the one you used, make sure the shipper is correct for the tracking number

If you download the CSV, you will see which bit etsy doesn't like
