I have been a star seller, but this month it says I am missing a tracking number and my percentage is down. I have added numbers to all my sales, so why is this happening?
I had the same thing happen to me. I purchased an Etsy label for an international sale. In all other cases tracking numbers have been automatically added when I do that - but for some reason this one wasn't recognized by Etsy. I considered logging an issue but it was a busy month and dealing with Etsy help is so hit and miss ... sigh.
Same thing happened to me last month...i do not use Etsy labels and every single one of my completed orders has a USPS tracking number...the next morning it had resolved itself, so I figured it had been a glitch.
