Etsy responded to a customer and I did not write this response.

Etsy issued the following response to a customer. I never set this up. I don't even use auto responses. Does anyone know why this might have happened?  They are saying I am closed for business essentially....

Never mind. I think it is because they needed a copy of my drivers license. Again! Stuck me in Vacation Mode.

Yep, you are on vacation mode.

Your shop is on vacation mode. If you didn't do it you will have to check with Etsy. Sometimes they do this if there is a sudden influx in orders or you're late processing etc.
