Etsy removes a listing claiming it is not handmade!

Etsy just removed one of my listings claiming it is not handmade. I sent them a message saying I make it and I can video me making one for their entertainment and send it to them. This is absolutely stupid, Etsy lets billions of AliExpress junk on the site and ignores them and then decides a cat toy wand I make. And I bed their board wonders why the stock price for the company has gone from $300 to $58 in about 2.5 years.

Anyone know a way I can call support or get a chat support with them since emails will take forever and I want to get the listing back up?

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

 I wrote about it a moment earlier. The offer is lost. I gave up. Etsy Support only sends you copy-and-paste formulas. My dress is a 'sales hit' on Aliexpress ;))) I checked the offers of other Etsy sellers to see if their products are copied on Alie. It looks the same. It is very sad that no one here protects our photos.

Since building websites many years back, I was taught to attach meta data to all items you list for sale online. I always thought this was the data online companies could refer to as a "date stamp" to see when you created that image. If this information exists, why doesn't ETSY check it?  This could so easily see whose item was listed ONLINE FIRST.  What is the true purpose of meta data/tags if not the intention to be used to see when, where it first appeared?  I still attach the meta data for every image I list.  Don't know if it would help me if I came up against another company using my images.....but why doesn't ETSY or their AI check this????  Seems to be an easy solution to this ever increasing problem....

If they had better screening and bots this wouldn't be happening!  I had this happen to me & not sure why, I never found my piece on any other site in a reverse search. Good etsy sellers shouldn't have to go through this kind of stress. Etsy just doesn't care!
