Etsy removed my listing due to Etsy's creativity standards

Hi everyone, one of my listings has been removed due to Etsy's creativity standards.
This listing, a crochet bag, was uploaded over 2 years ago and is one of my best sellers. Needless to say, everything in my shop is handmade by me.
I've read the creativity standards several times and can't find why they removed the listing, plus I have another listing with the same bag but in a different color and that listing is still in my shop.
I've tried to contact Etsy to see what to do and if it's possible to get my listing back or why this had happened. The only response I get from them is a copy of Etsy's creativity standards over and over again.
I've been trying to figure this out for over a week now and I don't know what to do. If anyone knows how to contact them or any advice it will be a great help.

That's the only way to contact Etsy.

If you're hoping that Etsy will tell you "why" that item was removed, they won't.

Any possibility your picture is on other sites? If so Etsy would think you're reselling and not making the items.
If your photo was stolen and is on other sites, you have to contact those sites to get those photos removed.

Are you using any banned words in your title/tags/description? Ivory, amber, Cuba, Havana or other prohibited countries, any mention of any endangered animals?

If you think your listing has been unfairly removed, share a video of the production process with etsy. Although the responses are pessimistic, if you are right and can prove it, they will reactivate your listing.
