Etsy put our shop on pause

Our Etsy seller account has been in vacation mode since April 3, 2025, without any explanation from Etsy.

Our account dashboard has displayed the following notification since that date:

"Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

 I don't know why my store was put on vacation and how to fix it. This is happening for the 4th time, my shop went into put and push vacation without any reason  Please help me. Thanks!

Today is April 2nd so you must have posted the wrong date
