Hello Team,
For one of my orders, it claims I didn't have tracking details and shipping wasn't on time. This has put me at 92% and dropped my "Smooth Dispatch" and ultimately my Star Seller rating.
How do I get this corrected as that order was shipped on time and received by the customer as scheduled. It still shows as (Pre-transit) in the tracking section even though that is not the case with UPS.

I would let it go and not contact Etsy because of what you are selling. Too many infringements on trademarked items.
