I'm at a loss. I have submitted several help requests over the past few weeks and have not gotten a response from Etsy. They put my shop on vacation mode for some reason - I don't know why - and I cannot get a hold of anyone to request to have my shop turned back on. I do not have an overdue balance, my shop is in good standing, all of my information is up to date. I'm not sure what is going on and am pretty frustrated that I have gotten zero response from Etsy. Awful customer support!

I am having the same problem that you posted on! Can you tell me what you did to resolve the problem? And how long did it take? I've been placed on vacation hold for 2 days now and I'm getting so frustrated with no help from Etsy. Would love any advice you can share. thanks!
