Etsy paused my account on Oct 18th because I forgot to approve my taxpayer info. I got that fixed and got a blue banner that said I was good to go and make sales and i have an email confirming that as well. they are still insisting that my info is incorrect. and every message has been be patient and check your info. I now have over a month with no account I can not make sales during the busiest time of the year either. eventually, they said that I needed to speak to a tax advisor and I did they said that they couldn't help because all the info is correct and that I needed more info from Etsy but they said they could not share the info that is not correct. please any help would be much appreciated if there is anything I can do. Etsy takes forever to respond and its been a week since the last response.
