I have two Etsy shops. One is having difficulties, the other is not. When attempting to print a shipping label, the "review" button is grayed out. I have filled the form completely, and don't know why it is not ready to review.
I had to ship a couple of orders right away, so I used an outside shipping label company. I attempted to mark the orders complete, but when I hit the "complete order" button, it takes me to the shipping label page.
My other shop is not having this problem. Help!!!

@BarbSmithDesigns: There are multiple recent threads in this forum about issues with Etsy labels. There does not appear to be any resolution at this time. Since shops can be served from different servers (even those on the same account) that may explain why one shop experiences this and another does not.
Since there is no longer any way to contact Etsy that I know of, how do we report the issue for repair?
@BarbSmithDesigns There is a way to contact Etsy.
There is chat in the lower right corner of the shop manager.
There is Contact us under Community in the shop manager.
Try all the tricks first. Refresh. Reboot. Clean out cache and cookies for a new cookie.
There are other threads on issues with the labels. Not sure if they are the same you are experiencing. It might be server difficulty between your server and Etsy's.
Did you remove the label for the one? That may be waiting for the label to be completed and why you can't mark it complete,

I forgot about the chat! Will try that. I did do all the tricks I could think of. I also just discovered a place at the bottom of the shipping label page, that allows you to check a box to complete the order, using another shipping label program. It worked. If I have the problem again, I will try that again.
