IMPORTANT: MY BANK ACCOUNT IS UPDATED, VERIFIED, AND MY CARD DETAILS ARE CORRECT AND VALID.
Since February 6th, my Etsy funds have been returned. I have already spoken with my bank, and they have confirmed that there is no issue on their end. Unfortunately, Etsy support has not provided any answers.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?
All my banking information is correctly filled out and fully verified.

Does the name on your bank account match your name on your store account? Seems I read somewhere folks were not getting money if everything did not match to the character and case.

Scour the Forums. I’ve seen a number of these kinds of posts. One very recent still holding on to $7000.
If your deposit is scheduled for your checking account, but Etsy is actually trying to deposit it into your savings account (or vice versa), then there is a "coding issue" happening which needs to be resolved by Etsy. If this is happening, then legally your bank cannot accept the deposit, so they have to legally send the deposit back to Etsy. This exact same dilemma happened a few years ago to MANY other Etsy sellers when Etsy changed banks due to the collapse of the Silicon Valley Bank -- the same bank Etsy used for deposits for USA Etsy seller funds! Thankfully @thatregina helped all who were affected ... perhaps you are affected in some way too ... not necessarily via SVB, but via another bank that Etsy uses in your local area? I’ve confirmed with my bank, and everything is fine on their end. There are no blocks on my account (only in such cases would the funds be rejected).
The financial information I have in the store is also fully validated. The account is in my name, the IBAN is from my account, and my card is valid. Everything is regularized.
This is the third time I’ve sought help from Etsy support. So far, nothing. They don’t give me concrete answers. I’m very disappointed with the support they provide to people on the platform. The last assistant who spoke with me, besides being rude, didn’t provide a concrete answer and even told me to stop looking for answers because the response would always be the same. She abandoned the chat and didn’t even give me a chance to speak further. I’m absolutely shocked by what’s happening to me. I don’t know how long my funds will be held. Do I need to seek help from a lawyer?
@TinytreasuresByMe There's tons of verification glitches going on, even one where $7,000 has been held by Etsy for 6+ months. Hopefully, a moderator will read your post and send to the specialist team.
