The issue with the scrolling is back. This really needs to be addressed as quickly as possible. With the holiday rush, this is really slowing us down with processing of orders.

Whenever I click on an order from within the orders page, the entire page scrolls to the top. I chatted with Etsy customer service about 2 weeks ago and they did the normal "clear your cookies/cache", but nothing seems to work. They said they are submitting the issues to the technical team for review. I haven't heard a single thing from them since.
I am posting because the last thread seems to be lost in the sea of discussions. Can anyone tell me if they are still having this problem? Also are there people out there that are not experiencing this issue? If so please reply. Maybe it's only a handful of people and Etsy isn't paying much attention?
