My star seller badge is not visible on the dashboard They are saying that they gave me the policy
violation I was warned but no one likes message Neither email came, then why won't you give me my star seller badge?
I got a message from Verification Bot with a link in it. Marked it as Spam and now I see Etsy reduced my message response rate % for to be a Star Seller!
@NatVerse Did you marke it as spam or did you simply remove it.
Did you mark it as spam after 24 hours?
Wait 24 to 48 hours to see if it changes.
Marking spam within the time frame of 24 hours does not hurt star seller.
You have infringement items in your store, that's why you badges were removed, there is nothing to solve
If it was an infringement item then Etsy would have informed me but no such message came from Etsy.
@MARIYARUGHOUSE so what you are saying is that, although you are completely aware that your items are counterfeit, you intend to go right on selling them?
Because Etsy doesn't tell you why you are being stripped of your Star Seller badges?
Then I say good for Etsy.
I agree with them that you don't deserve the badges.
You have been advised in your other posts about your infringement issues, you still have some and they are still against Etsy policies.
The links below explain the rules

You stated Etsy said they gave you policy violation. So you know you have violated policies. When the star seller badge is removed for policy violations it will not be reinstated. The next step will be closing your store. I see above that you were warned in a previous thread about your infringements. So you knew and it should not be a surprise.
Besides the obvious infringing items in your shop, you have others issues happening that will get your shop shut down ... sourcing products from other local businesses and "reselling" them on Etsy ... this is strictly against Etsy Terms of Use! When you list something as being "handmade", Etsy REQUIRES the shop owner to actually make the item themselves (they can not be made by anyone else!). You have several items in your shop that are not physically handmade by you! Etsy considers those items "counterfeits".
@MARIYARUGHOUSE: "Etsy not solving my problem" : Based on other posts, Etsy does not seem to view support requests based on user violations as a priority.
On Etsy, Handmade means handmade by YOU not by someone else, otherwise it looks like you are merely reselling other people's work in violation of Etsy's terms of use. Your listings say "the team" but you do not list these team members on your shop. Presuming that you are personally designing each of these items and have someone else manufacture them for you then you need to list your production partners.
You need to reread the various rules and bring your shop into compliance before Etsy does more than take away Star Seller, like close your shop.

If you qualify for the Star Seller badge, you agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your use of the Services, and you remain entirely responsible for complying with applicable laws and for all your other obligations under our Etsy House Rules and Terms of Use. Etsy may suspend or terminate the Star Seller badge feature at any time for any reason with or without notice to you.
Termination
Participation in the Star Seller Program is a privilege, not a right. Your Star Seller status, privileges, and limited license to the Star Seller badge may be revoked at our sole discretion. While this legally means we can decide that you’re no longer a Star Seller for any reason, we will only take this action if we have a very good reason; this includes things like if we change the policies or requirements for participating in the Program, if we end the Program, if you violate these Terms, the Etsy House Rules, other applicable Etsy terms & conditions, and any behavior deemed serious enough to make us rethink your standing. Your Star Seller membership, privileges, and license to the Star Seller badge will be automatically suspended or terminated if: (a) you no longer meet the qualifications, (b) stop selling, (c) close your Etsy shop or (d) your listing or Etsy account is suspended or cancelled, as the case may be.

Etsy terminates selling privileges of members who are subject to repeat or multiple notices of intellectual property infringement in appropriate circumstances and at Etsy’s discretion. If we believe a member has attempted to open a new shop after termination of the initial account, we reserve the right to refuse all services to that member. These actions apply to any accounts we believe are associated with or operated by the affected member. Per our Terms of Use, Etsy reserves the right to terminate account privileges at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.
If Etsy said they gave you a policy warning, then that's why you don't have star seller. Just because you didn't receive the warning for whatever reason doesn't mean they didn't send it. The policy violation was either listing counterfeit items, reselling or both.
