Etsy isnt charging customers correctly. And there is NO way to contact an actual human

According to my recent orders and receipts Etsy owe me about £57

I used to have my listings set up with the global pricing so anyone who was a domestic customer paid us £26 for a journal... Anyone else EG International (mainly USA) would pay £46.. This incorporated the £20 shipping we have to pay for international orders. 

However last night, an American customer purchased a journal but instead of paying the £46, they paid £26. It got me thinking so I went through all my past orders and I have found 3 more just like this.. The customer is from USA but is paying the UK price.. Those other 3 orders I missed it and sent the order at a loss.. 

I have proof to show that my listing WAS set up to have different costs for different countries and Etsy have basically told me I am lying. I have asked for a call back, I got nothing, have asked for a contact number, again I got nothing, I have sent 3, they replied to me within the hour last night - Now nothing. 

Our shop has already been put on reserve for no reason and I didn't complain, I am 30 days into that reserve with over £500 awaiting to come through. 

My anxiety is through the roof! I don't know what else I can do!  I just really want to speak with someone and get his sorted!

I should also mention that I posted to a FB group and some USA members looked at my shop, some where not seeing any problems, others were seeing the lower price instead of the higher price which included the shipping and one lady was seeing a mixture of prices, some where the correct price and some were the lower price?!

I'm in the US  - looking on mobile, I see free shipping for the "mystery bundles" , and $26 USD for you first (filtered to newest) journal.

@CharlieChicksUK  checked a few more of the journals - I'm seeing $24 for shipping.

I had to change them all so now all journals do not have free shipping. It was the journals that were causing me issues so right now all prices are not including any shipping.... The issue isn't with shipping. Its with Etsy letting USA customers purchase at UK prices.

Yes the domestic/global shipping appears to be broken/wonky for those with the new listing format, even if you swap back to the old one (I think).

So they know there is a problem? What about the money I am owed?  Why cant I get a hold of anyone anywhere! 

So frustrating!

i don't know that etsy knows there's a problem. But you're not the first one on the forum mentioning this happening.

I'm in the US and all the prices I saw were consistent, but the shipping had already been changed by the time I got there. 

Off topic, Bullet Journal is trademarked (who'd a thunk) by Lightcage, LLC and they just came after somebody a few days ago.

since it can be difficult to find direct links to reach support i’ve collected them when sellers mentioned they found help.  i hope one of these will work for you:

here is a link to the “how to contact support” from the seller’s handbook.

here is a link to initiate chat or email.

here is a link to request a callback.

or try this link or this link to email them.

if you email them you *should* get an automated reply and once you do, you must reply to this email that their automated best guess solutions did not work (something like “i still need help” is sufficient). *if you do not complete this step, no further action will be taken on your issue/question so it’s critical.*

it’s easy to think “the squeaky wheel gets the grease” and barrage support with multiple daily emails thinking it will speed things up. in reality doing so actually slows things down, because most troubleshooting software packages used to log and keep track of customer support calls and e-mails,  uses an automated ticketing system and the date/time stamp of your last email will become your new place in the queue.  it will search to see if you have other support tickets and combined them all into one (so all of your issues/questions can be addressed at once.) every new email resets the time stamp associated with your issue/question and takes you back to the end of the queue.

*** none of these links seem to work all the time. also know they may, or may not work outside the usa, may or may not work outside non-standard usa business hours (m-f & 8-5) and like many companies on major holidays, support may be limited, if available at all (hopefully holidays are posted in advance before a new year begins but i do not know if etsy does this)***

Yup being trying these links all day I have put my number In for a call back 3 times now, it never lets me chat with anyone and emails are going unanswered

hopefully you will see the call back thing.

use the drop down for your area code.

right now it is saying they call back within 1 minute.
