Etsy is showing that I am late on this order when it actually did ship on time. That is affecting my star seller rating. I was told that the rating is reviewed every month and updated but this has been since August and it is the end of November and still has not been corrected.
I am aware that others have complained, but the Chat told me to post the issue here.

We've double-checked the order that has affected your Star Seller, and it appears that the tracking number you've initially entered can't also be tracked on the carrier's website. It is possible that the number you've entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

Did you use an Etsy label?
Same thing is happening to me. Really hope this issue gets fixed! It's so unfair
@BeansandBops: Yes we know that support tells people to post here but this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts). Have you looked at the applicable CSV file to make sure that some other order is not affecting your current score? An August order should not be affecting your December star statistics - the December star uses September, October, and November data. And even if Etsy *fixed* the order, they will not retroactively (i.e., the November star) adjust Star Seller.
Thank you for the response. I did a live chat. I was told they cannot change or update score and to go directly to the forum. I specifically said, this is an issue between myself and Etsy, NOT the Etsy community. They said to post here. And yes, I did download the excel shipping information and the order that is affecting my rating is from August. There is not other order that has any issue. If you can direct me to a specific way to appeal this please do so, as the chat was not able to.
@BeansandBops: There is no way to appeal, but one of the Etsy people who reads this forum has been able to correct some tracking issues which then cause the Star Seller stats to auto adjust. The scheduled ship by date for that order must have been in September if it is still showing up in the current period CSV file. Does that "bad" order show that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, and *Tracking/label date* has a date?
