I am having an absolute nightmare with etsy!
I was asked to verify my seller info, and as I recently got married I changed my name on my etsy account as requested. Unfortunately when i did this i didnt realise that edge had auto completed my first and last name in the first name field, and then i entered my last name and pressed submit before i realised the error - that meant my last name was on there twice.
I have submitted my drivers license, passport and marriage certificate many many times and all i keep getting back from etsy is that it doesnt match the name on my account, well obviously not becuase my name isnt firstname surname surname!
This has been going on for months so now the date has just passed and etsy has refunded ALL my orders that I have already shipped!!! This is way over £300 worth! my shop has now been put onto holiday mode and i cannot get any sense out of them at all.
They keep telling me i need to go onto the settings and edit my name but it wont let me, the edit button is greyed out and it just keeps saying name change pending verification.
What can i do please anyone??

@MugnificentUK This happened to another seller recently after uploading a marriage certificate. 60 days of delivered orders were refunded in error. Hopefully a forums Moderator will read your post and send to a specialist team. If so, he or she will post a message here so you can rest assured it is being taken care of on your behalf. At this point, it's between you and Etsy. Let us know how you make out.
