A week ago, Etsy put my shop into vacation mode because "business verification" had to be carried out. I uploaded the business license to prove that it is a real company. So far, there has been no response from Etsy and the verification is still pending. My shop is so focused on the Christmas business that I am losing out on a lot of orders. That is annoying... The emails and complaints that I receive because my shop is not accessible are also annoying. What can I do so that the shop can finally work again? Who of you knows this problem?
