My list cannot be found when searched.

I usually manually search for my best-selling products with related keywords, but for more than a week now I can't see my list appear (before they were on the first page, but now they are not). I only found it when I wrote down the full title of my listing. The number of visits to this list also decreased very sharply and unusually. I texted support but the response didn't work, is anyone in the same situation as me? Does anyone have a way to fix this?

@LemonLeafMacrame: You need to give up on the concept of Etsy search providing the results that you expect. Due to "personalized searches" there are many many factors that affect listing placement and the relative weight of each factor probably changes constantly. Even exact word matches to your title no longer ensure that you will appear in search. Etsy is proud of the fact that they provide search results which they think you will actually purchase regardless of what you actually searched for.

Plus when the algorithm keeps seeing that you are not purchasing the items it shows you it will eventually stop showing them to you.

Thank you for your helpful information. I recently visited the forum and saw a post with the same situation as mine. I searched for it in the forum again but couldn't find it. There has been a serious decrease in listing visits and I often see other store listings still appear on the first search page, my listing does not appear even on many subsequent pages.

I miss the days when I could put something in search and actually see reasonable results. Not only Etsy either.
